The National Wrestling Coaches Association (NWCA) has announced the NAIA Men's Scholar All-American Awards, recognizing outstanding academic achievement by individual student-athletes across the nation.

Embry-Riddle had nine athletes on the list, Trenton Blomquist, Jacob Briggs, Parker Buhr, Yoshiya Funakoshi, Daniil Gorshkov, Sam Humphrey, Jaren Kimura, Adam Stanley, and Tauataina Tuikolongahau.  

A total of 261 student-athletes representing 50 institutions were recognized for their academic success in the classroom while competing throughout the season.

Embry-Riddle also was third among the team scholar award winners.  

The top five programs in this year's rankings are:

3. Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University - 3.51033
4. University of Providence - 3.49833
5. Truett McConnell University - 3.48083
