Men's Soccer to Play Cal Pac Playoff Game Today

Wilmington, Ca. Embry-Riddle men's soccer to face UC Merced in opening round of Cal Pac Playoffs.

The Cal Pac Championship tournament hosted by Marymount California University is being held this weekend in Wilmington, CA on the campus of Los Angeles Harbor College.

The Eagles 11-7 on the year will face off against the Bobcats who are 12-4-1. The Eagles and Bobcats have faced each other once this season, resulting in a 2-3 loss for The Eagles.

"The Cal Pac is as strong as ever so to qualify as we did, on the last day, having to win our final match, was a real statement of the determination and competitive desire of this team. I've reminded the boys many times that although we have 14 freshman, and 16 new faces that none of them are inexperienced. They have all won multiple titles in their club and high school careers and have proven they can be champions many times over. Now we get the opportunity once again to compete for the title and look forward to putting forth our best effort to bring home the championship!" commented Head Coach Adam Pearce.
