RIVERSIDE, CALIF. – The regular season did not end the way as planned for ERAU men's soccer, as the team dropped its final regular season game Sunday afternoon. The first half featured five goals, including one at the halftime buzzer by the Eagles' Ethan Carlson to pull ERAU within one, but La Sierra scored one more in the second half to take a 4-2 win on its home field.

The Eagles found themselves down 2-0 quickly, trailing by two with 15 minutes remaining until halftime. Three more goals were scored between the teams in the final 15 of the first half, with Chiedu Ikeme scoring with help from Carlson, before Carlson netted his in the 45'.

La Sierra's insurance goal came in the 86', and secured its seventh win of the season. Embry-Riddle finished the month with an excellent 7-2-1 record, staying perfect at home in that stretch.

The Eagles had plenty of chances on Sunday that did not bounce their way. The team finished with 10 shots (five on target) and six corner kicks. Lucas Garcia had two of his three shots hit the target, and both of the ERAU goals came off of assists.
