Box Score PRESCOTT, ARIZ. – This week is a busy one for the ERAU volleyball team, as the Eagles play four games in five games. The first of those five games came against 19th-ranked OUAZ on Tuesday, and dropped a competitive three-set match at Eagle Gym.
It was not an ideal first set for ERAU, as the Eagles lost 25-16 and hit .125 on 40 attacks. While the second set finished with a score of 25-20, the ERAU hit .029 and committed ten errors.
The third set saw the Eagles play its best volleyball of the afternoon, as they had 15 kills and led 20-15. OUAZ was able to make an 11-4 run to take over and close out the match.
Caylee Robalin led the way again in the kill category, finishing with 12. The Eagles finished with six block assists, and Robalin was credited with two of those.
Terra Gordon had a good day passing, finishing with 22 assists. Katie Rolle passed well throughout the afternoon as well, and had 11 assists herself.
The Eagles will get back on the court Thursday for its first of three conference matches in the final Cal Pac weekend. First serve from Eagle Gym is scheduled for 6 p.m.
