Box Score FULLERTON, CALIF. – The Embry-Riddle men's basketball team trailed just by eight to another top 25 team at halftime, but made just eight shots in the second half as Hope International pulled away. The Eagles did have three players score in double-digits, and nine players scored for ERAU on Thursday.
Luke Dunn led the way for ERAU on the afternoon, scoring 16 points. Dunn attacked the basket and was rewarded, as he made multiple trips to the free throw line and making all his attempts.
Chase Verdugo had an efficient night, making four of his six shots for ten points. Chase Verdugo had three assists as well, plus pulled down a pair of rebounds.
The Eagles will wrap up its California road trip on Friday afternoon against Vanguard. Tipoff from Costa Mesa is scheduled for 3 p.m.
