RIVERSIDE, CALIF. – It took until the second half to get on the board, but the Embry-Riddle women's soccer team looked excellent again in a 2-0 win over UC Merced on Thursday night. The Eagles have now advanced to the Cal Pac Tournament Final for the second consecutive season.

All-Cal Pac Honorable Mention Sierra Vicente finally broke the scoreless tie in the 68th minute, as she scored to get the Eagles a lead. It did not take long for ERAU to strike again, as Katy Hyde scored in the 73rd minute to get Embry-Riddle to the final result.

Embry-Riddle fired the ball all night, finishing with 14 shots, 10 of those hitting the target. The Eagles were also able to get a pair of corner kicks in each half, and had five shots on target in each half as well.
