Embry-Riddle fell 90-68 to the Hustlin' Owls of Oregon Tech in the Activity Center on Friday evening. 

ERAU got off to a good start as Dennis Pomazanov (Pleasant Hill, Calif.) made back to back layups followed by a Conner Ivy (Phoenix, Ariz.) layup as the Eagles went up 6-2.  After OIT took the lead, Ivy made two three pointers in a row as Embry-Riddle retook a 12-10 lead.  The Hustlin' Owls tied it up once again but a three by Zack Moritz (Ontario, Calif.) put ERAU back up 15-12.  The score went back and forth Oregon Tech used a 9-0 run to take a 29-24 lead with 6:54 to go in the first half.  OIT extended their lead to as many as 11 as they were up 43-32 at the half. 

In the second half, the Eagles fought to get back into the game but couldn't get back within ten points as Jake Klingler (Gilbert, Ariz.) made two free throws to make the score 44-34 early in the half, but Keegan Shivers for OIT made two three point shots in a row to extend the Hustlin' Owls lead.  Embry-Riddle battled but struggled to make their free throws which would have made the game a lot closer.

Ivy led the Eagles tonight with 20 points as he made five three point shots.  Pomazanov added 15 points for Embry-Riddle and led the team in rebounds with five and Moritz led the team in assists with five.
