Silvis, Ill. - Embry-Riddle Women's Golf climbed the leaderboard each day and finished in 6^th place at the 28^th annual NAIA Women's Golf National Championships at TPC at Deere Run in Silvis, Ill.  The Eagles finished with their second best score of the event, a 309. 

Leading the Eagles was Kaetlin Halseth (Kingwood, Texas) as she finished the final 18 holes at +2 for a 73.  Halseth finished in a tie for 14^th place, which automatically qualifies her for the 2024 NAIA Championships.  Hailey Stevenson (Las Vegas, Nev.) finished second for ERAU in a tie for 19^th place overall.  The third finisher for Embry-Riddle was Junior, Maisy Alsen (Gilbert, Ariz.).  Alsen finished the tournament +30 which was good enough for 31^st place.  Libby Axen (Tucson, Ariz.) was next for the Eagles as she finished the four day event in 48^th place at +37.  Finishing off the scoring for ERAU was Hannah Spiller (Thatcher, Ariz.) who finished the tournament with her best score, a 79.  Overall, she finished in 77^th place as she shot a +49.

This is the second best finish for the Eagles, as in 2017 the ladies finished in 2^nd place. Embry-Riddle will now enter the offseason and look to improve on this finish for next year as most of their roster returns.
