Salem, Oregon- In a match of two teams that are receiving votes in the NAIA Coaches' Preseason Top-25, the Raiders of Southern Oregon were able to beat Embry-Riddle 2-1. 

Southern Oregon scored two first half goals and limited ERAU to one shot on goal.  Alex Frances (Valencia, Spain) had the lone Eagle shot on goal which he scored for his first goal of the season with an assist from Kristian Bielicki (Glendale, Ariz.).  Embry-Riddle had six corner kicks but were unable to convert. 

Elias Ammon (Bremen, Germany) had two saves during the match. 

Embry-Riddle plays next on Saturday at 7:30pm as they host the Mountaineers of Eastern Oregon University at Varsity Field.
