Box Score Prescott, Ariz. - Embry-Riddle Men's Soccer moved to 3-1 in conference with a 10-0 win over Providence Christian today as Paul Fulop (Chicago, Ill.) had a second half hat trick.
Bryan Castellanos (Albuquerque, N.M.) scored his first goal of the season today and the first of many for ERAU in the 12th minute. The Eagles scored again in the 34th minute, this time it was Alex Frances (Valencia, Spain) to make it 2-0 going into halftime.
Fans did not have to wait long into the second half as Luke Cisneros scored just 18 seconds into the half. In the 51st minute, Fulop scored his first goal of the day off a Lucas Garcia (Barcelona, Spain) pass. Garcia then got himself a goal on a penalty kick after an Eagle was taken down in the box. Emanuele Bossi (Gallarate, Italy) scored his second goal of the season in the 71st minute to make it 6-0 for Embry-Riddle. Bossi then assisted on Fulop's second goal in the 75th minute. Kasey Davis (Plainfield, Ind.) scored his first goal as an Eagle in the 81st minute as he touched it over his defender and beat the keeper. Bossi and Fulop finished off the scoring for ERAU as they scored the 9th and 10th goals of the day.
Elias Ammon (Bremen, Germany) made two saves for Embry-Riddle in goal today.
ERAU plays again next on Friday night in Prescott as they take on the Mariners of Cal State University-Maritime. Kickoff is scheduled for 7:30pm.
