Embry-Riddle dropped their second game of the Domino's Classic to the hosts', College of Idaho, on Saturday evening 92-63.
First Half Struggles
The game started with ERAUstruggling to find their rhythm. The Yotes quickly took control, leading 47-30 at halftime. Noah Gifft (Surprise, Ariz.) was a bright spot for the Eagles, scoring 8 points in the first half, including a three-pointer. However, the team as a whole struggled with shooting, hitting only 37.9% from the field and 38.5% from beyond the arc.
Second Half Efforts
In the second half, the Eagles showed more fight, scoring 33 points. Gifft continued to lead the way, finishing with a game-high 22 points, including 4 three-pointers. Jake Klingler (Gilbert, Ariz.) also contributed with 9 points, all from three-point shots. Despite their efforts, the Yotes' defense and efficient scoring proved too much to handle.

The Eagles struggled with turnovers, committing 13, which the Yotes capitalized on, scoring 15 points off those turnovers. Additionally, the Yotes dominated the paint, scoring 32 points inside compared to the Eagles' 12.
Embry-Riddle will play an exhibition at Idaho State on Monday night before the Eagles return to Prescott.
