In a thrilling NAIA basketball game at the Activity Center on Tuesday evening, Embry-Riddle secured a hard-fought victory against the Grace (IN) Lancers, finishing with a score of 64-59. 

The game remained neck-and-neck with the Eagles narrowly leading at halftime with a score of 32-31. Key performances included a standout game from Nicole Evenson (Bemidji, Minn.), who scored 18 points, including an impressive tally of 6 three-pointers. Zakiirah King (Chandler, Ariz.) contributed significantly with 16 points, alongside 5 rebounds and 3 blocks. 

Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University made a significant push in the final quarter, which saw them outscoring their opponents and cementing their win.  Mehgan Strickler (Glendale, Ariz.) added 10 points, 5 rebounds, and 2 steals to the Eagles' effort.

This victory over the Lancers was a crucial boost for the Eagles as they continue their season, looking to improve their standing and capitalize on this momentum.

Embry-Riddle will play two more games before the Holiday break at the Cactus Classic.  ERAU will play Rocky Mountain on Friday at 12pm at Chandler-Gilbert Community College.
