Changes in ERAU Athletics

Embry-Riddle Athletics is seeing some significant changes this summer as the Eagles will join the Great Southwest Athletic Conference (GSAC), switch to wearing Nike apparel, and change the website server to SIDEARM.

"These are all very exciting changes for us," said Athletic Director Phil Hess. "The move to the Great Southwest Athletic Conference will be a challenging one for us, but a challenge we are looking forward to as well as a move that will bring us new rivalries as we align with fellow NAIA schools in Arizona and Southern California. Moving to Nike for our athletic gear allows us to provide our student-athletes with a connection to the most iconic brand in sports. And changing our website to SIDEARM puts us on the same platform as the rest of the GSAC schools and, providing our fans better service overall going forward."

Embry-Riddle will begin competing in the Great Southwest Athletic Conference in 2024-2025 for each sport except wrestling which will remain in the Cascade Collegiate Conference.  Moving to the GSAC with ERAU from the California Pacific Conference are Benedictine Mesa and Park Gilbert.  The former Cal Pac members will join Life Pacific, OUAZ, Arizona Christian, The Master's University, and Hope International to make up the conference.  The first GSAC game for the Eagles will be on Wednesday, September 18th as the Volleyball team will host The Master's.

SIDEARM has solidified its pole position in the industry, powering over 1,500 partners. Constantly innovating, SIDEARM is trusted by most NCAA Division I programs, a majority of the Power 5 athletic departments, United States Olympic Sports and professional sporting leagues.
