Embry Riddle was not able to keep up with Southern Oregon as the Raiders beat the Eagles 3-1 on a beautiful night in Prescott on Saturday. 

SOU scored first in the 6^th minute, but ERAU was able to answer just three minutes later as Sean Maguire (Tempe, Ariz.) was taken down in the penalty area.  Roei Nir (Tel Aviv, Israel) converted on the penalty kick to tie the score at 1-1. 

It was a fast-paced game, and the Raiders added another goal in the 23^rd minute.  Mustafa Daggig is off to a great start this season as he scored two goals yesterday and scored the second goal and added a penalty kick goal for SOU.  His two goals were the difference as Southern Oregon held on for the 3-1 win. 

Embry-Riddle will head to Mobile, Alabama next to play Faulkner University on Thursday, August 22^nd.
