In a clash of NAIA top 20 teams, the College of Idaho secured a 1-0 victory over Embry-Riddle on Friday night in Prescott, Arizona.
Embry-Riddle struggled to connect passes in the first half, and following a goal by the Yotes in the 17th minute, the Eagles were trailing 1-0 at halftime.
Embry-Riddle improved in the second half but was unable to score the equalizer, ultimately losing 1-0.
The match was evenly contested, with both teams having identical statistics. Each team took six shots, with three on target.
Up next for the Eagles is a trip to Arkansas for two games against NAIA top 25 teams on September 5th and 7th. Â
