Embry-Riddle closed out its 2025 campaign with a tough 4-0 loss on the road to La Sierra on Friday afternoon. Despite generating 10 shots and five corner kicks, the Eagles were unable to find the back of the net against a stout Golden Eagles defense.

La Sierra struck first in the 24th minute when Vinicius Goncalves converted off an assist from Sean Palena. The hosts doubled their lead before halftime as Christopher Remily scored in the 39th minute, sending Embry-Riddle into the break trailing 2-0.

The second half saw the Eagles push forward, recording seven shots and three corners, but La Sierra capitalized on late opportunities. Alexander Munoz extended the lead in the 85th minute, and Damian Jimenez added the final goal just two minutes later.

Senior goalkeeper Alex Bissett made three saves in his final outing, while Cesar Battistini led Embry-Riddle with four shots, two on target. Francesco Busini and Rojvan Karaer also tested La Sierra's keeper, Abraham Perez, who finished with four saves to preserve the clean sheet.
