A Statement Start
The Eagles wasted no time seizing control, opening the game with a 3-pointer from Christian Wells and never looking back. Embry-Riddle shot a sharp 51.6% in the first half, fueled by hot perimeter shooting (6-for-13 from deep) and relentless work on the glass. By halftime, the Eagles led 39–21 and had already doubled La Sierra's rebound total.
Dress Dominates
Forward Peter Dress set the tone on both ends, finishing with 18 points, 12 rebounds, 2 steals, and a barrage of timely threes. His energy on the offensive glass and ability to stretch the floor made him the most impactful player on the court.
Embry-Riddle's depth was a major storyline. Utility players poured in 45 points, nearly matching La Sierra's entire team output.
