Noah Gifft set the tone early and never cooled off, pouring in a game-high 21 points on an ultra-efficient 8-for-10 shooting, including 5-for-6 from deep. Gifft scored 16 of his points in the first half, fueling the Eagles' blistering 47-point opening period.
Peter Dress added 11 points, five rebounds, and four steals, impacting both ends of the floor. His back-to-back defensive plays and a transition three midway through the first half sparked a 15–2 Eagle run that broke the game open.
Off the bench, Lex Clontz scored 10 points on 4-of-5 shooting, including a pair of threes, while Isaiah Wong chipped in 7 points as the Eagles' reserves combined for 23 bench points.
Embry-Riddle forced 17 OUAZ turnovers, converting them into 29 points, relentlessly pushing the tempo in transition. The Eagles recorded 10 steals, with Dress, Wong, Clontz, Dhal, and Macken all contributing to the defensive pressure.
ERAU also held the Spirit to 27.8% from three and just 42.9% overall, limiting OUAZ to only nine bench points.
