Doug Beilfuss has been with the Embry-Riddle men’s basketball program for all eight seasons of its existence. He is responsible for all aspects in the Eagles program including recruiting, scouting and working with the teams’ guards.
Prior to arriving at Embry-Riddle, Beilfuss spent 14 years as the head coach at Bradshaw Mountain High School in Prescott Valley, Ariz. In those years, he had compiled an overall record of 200-196. He left Bradshaw with the most wins and best winning percentage in school history. Beilfuss was inducted into the Bradshaw Ring of Honor in 2017, which celebrates former coaches and players that have made an impact in the school’s sports programs.
Prior to being the head coach at Bradshaw Mountain, Beilfuss spent eight years as the JV head coach and Varsity assistant coach at Moon Valley High School in Phoenix, Ariz. and three years as the Freshmen assistant coach at Rincon/University High School in Tucson, Ariz. In his 22 years as a head coach at the JV and Varsity levels, Beilfuss accumulated over 300 wins and helped 14 players move on to play at the collegiate level.
Beilfuss and his wife Jaclyn are both local school teachers and are proud to be a Two Blue Star Family, as their son Kelly and daughter Isabella are active duty Navy.
Beilfuss and his wife reside in Prescott, Arizona.
