Riverside, Calif. – Embry-Riddle finished in 14th place as they competed in a 6K race in Riverside, California today in the Highlander Invitational.
Josephine Banks (Las Vegas, Nev.) was the first ERAU finisher as she ran a personal best with a 21:45 and finished in 48th place. Not far behind Banks was Josey Gregory (Pensacola, Fla.) as she came in 66th place and turned in a time of 21:57 for the race. Zoe Tizard (Gilbert, Ariz.) and Tiffany Terry (Calimesa, Calif.) were the next Eagle fnishers. Tizard finished in 22:33 and Terry 22:42. Finishing 5th for ERAU with a 23:02 was Kamryn Hoehne (Santa Fe, N.M.). Bones Parker (San Diego, Calif.) ran the 6K race in 24:10 and Makenna Bray (Prescott, Ariz.) was next for ERAU with a 24:38. Rounding out the Embry-Riddle finishers was Skylar Cooney (Cumberland, Maine) with a time of 24:42 and Fionnula Carew (Manhattan Beach, Calif.) with 25:11.

Embry-Riddle will have a little time off now before they compete in the Cal Pac Conference Championships in Fresno, Calif. on Monday, October 30th as they work to earn an automatic bid to the NAIA National Championships.
