Eagles and Redhawks Tie

Embry-Riddle and Benedictine Mesa played to a 0-0 tie on Varsity Field in Prescott on Thursday evening.  

ERAU took 8 shots in the first half, but none of them found the back of the net.  Roei Nir (Tel Aviv, Israel) hit the crossbar and the Eagles forced the Redhawk goalkeeper to make three saves but couldn't find the go ahead goal.  

In the second half, Benedictine Mesa took seven shots, but Elias Ammon (Bremen, Germany) was there to make 6 saves for Embry-Riddle to keep the clean sheet.  

ERAU will be home again on Saturday to play against Park University with kickoff scheduled for 7:30pm.
