From the onset, the Eagles demonstrated their dominance, leading 2-0 at halftime. ACU however was able to tie the game at 2-2 before ERAU responded with three unanswered goals.
Black emerged as the star of the match, scoring an impressive total of four goals, which included the game-winning goal. Black's performance was crucial, supported by Yoshioka and
Jamie Brandon (Phoenix, Ariz.). Brandon finished the game with two assists.
Ella Carnahan (Deer Park, Wash.) also made her mark by scoring a goal, further extending the Eagles' lead. Embry-Riddle's goalkeeper,
Annabelle Ruckle (Phoenix, Ariz.), played a pivotal role in the victory, safeguarding the net with skill.
