Embry-Riddle finished in 15th at the NAIA National Championships hosted at Gans Creek Cross Country Course in Columbia, Missouri on Friday morning.
Sophia Noriega (Chandler, Ariz.) led the way for the Eagles with a 23rd place finish which earns her an All-American award. She ran the 6K course in 21:34. Next for ERAU was
Zoe Tizard (Gilbert, Ariz.). Tizard finished the race in 22:31.3.
Mia Kemp (Newtown, Victoria, Australia) was the 3rd Eagle to finish. Kemp ran her race in 22:52.6. Finishing just behind Kemp was
Kylie Monson (Rancho Cordova, Calif.) with a time of 23:03.2.
Tiffany Terry (Calimesa, Calif.) ran the course in 23:39.3. Terry was followed by
Finnoula Carew (Manhattan Beach, Calif.). Carew ran her 6K with a time of 24:45.9. Rounding out the finishers for ERAU was
Elyse Grant (Newbury Park, Calif.) with a time of 24:58.8.
Embry-Riddle will have a little break now before the Eagles resume this Spring with the Track season.
