Embry-Riddle notched a narrow victory against Chaminade on Friday evening. The game, held at McCabe Gym in Honolulu, HI, ended with the Eagles triumphing over the Silverswords with a final score of 65-63.

Despite trailing at halftime with a score of 26-38, the Eagles showcased a remarkable comeback in the second half. Notable performances included Zakiirah King (Chandler, Ariz.), who led the team with 12 points. Supporting her were Hannah Urbano (Kailua, Hawaii) and Kate McBride (Atlanta, Ga.), each contributing 10 points to the Eagles' tally. Urbano also made a critical impact in the last quarter of the game with a key 3-point shot that extended the Eagles' lead, emphasizing her pivotal role in the game's outcome.

The closing moments of the game were tense as Chaminade nearly turned the game around with a layup in the final seconds, but they fell short, allowing the Eagles to clinch a thrilling victory. This win brings the Eagles' current season record to 2-1.  

Embry-Riddle will play Chaminade again on Sunday with tip-off in McCabe Gymnasium scheduled for 5:30pm Arizona time.
