Embry-Riddle had three runners compete at the Leopard Distance Carnival held on Friday evening at the University of La Verne.
Nick Logan (Phoenix, Ariz.) and Austin Lemus (Chino, Calif.) both ran the 3000m steeplechase at the Leopard Distance Carnival. Logan ran the race in 9:48.13 and Lemus finished in 10:15.70.
Kyler Castro (Medical Lake, Wash.) ran a new personal best in the 10000m race. Castro finished in 34:49.92 which was more than a minute faster than his last personal best.
The Eagles have another race on Saturday as they will compete at the Bryan Clay Invite held at Azusa Pacific University.
