Embry-Riddle had two runners achieve personal bests at the Bryan Clay Invite in Azusa, Calif. on Saturday morning.
Demetris Love, Jr. (Phoenix, Ariz.) won the men's 5000m open c race on Saturday morning. He finished with a time of 14:20.53, three seconds faster than the next finisher and 16 seconds faster than his previous best time.
The next Eagle to finish was Jacob Ortiz (Chandler, Ariz.). Ortiz finished in 14:47.16, which is 12 seconds faster than his previous personal best.
Ben Smith (Spokane, Wash.) ran the 5000m race in 14:52.88 and Dillon Eisner (Paulden, Ariz.) finished in 15:07.73.
ERAU will race again next week on April 19th as the Eagles will head down to Mesa for the Mesa Invite.
