At the California Pacific Conference Championships hosted by Soka University on Thursday and Friday, Embry-Riddle raced to a 2nd place finish.
In the 800m race, Dillon Eisner (Paulden, Ariz.) finished in 6th place and Austin Lemus (Chino, Calif.) finished in 8th.
Eisner finished in 5th in the 1500m run followed by Nick Logan (Phoenix, Ariz.) who came in 6th place. Lemus finished in 8th in the event.
Jacob Ortiz (Chandler, Ariz.) took second in the 5000m race with Ben Smith (Spokane, Wash.) finishing right behind him in 3rd. Eisner finished in 9th and Kyler Castro (Medical Lake, Wash.) finished in 10th.
In the 4x400 race, the Eagle team made up of Logan, Eisner, Ortiz, and Smith finished in 3rd place.
Eisner, Logan, and Demetris Love, Jr. (Phoenix, Ariz.) will all move on to compete in the NAIA National Championships hosted by Indiana Wesleyan May 22nd-24th.
