After 90 minutes in the hot Arizona sun, Embry-Riddle and the College of Idaho tied 2-2 on Friday afternoon in Prescott.
ERAU dominated the first half. The Eagles outshot the Yotes 7-2 and led 2-0 after 23 minutes.
Emanuele Bossi (Gallarate, Italy) scored the first goal for the Eagles on an assist by
Aleksandar Mihajlovic (Belgrade, Serbia).
The second goal for Embry-Riddle came just six minutes later as this time Bossi assisted Mihaljlovic and put ERAU up 2-0.
A penalty kick for Pol Romero of the Yotes made the score 2-1 at the half.
In the second half, COI outshot the Eagles 8-2 and the Yotes were able to tie the game in the 75 minute with a goal by Jake Anderson.
ERAU will play again tomorrow against the Southern Oregon University Raiders at 7:30pm on Varsity Field.
