Embry-Riddle kept possession and outplayed The Master's University, even hitting the post three times in regulation but could not find the back of the net as the Eagles dropped the GSAC Championship game in penalty kicks 5-4.  

The match was a defensive showcase from start to finish. Both teams recorded 14 shots, but neither could find the back of the net despite several close calls. Samantha Wright nearly broke through for the Eagles in the 39th minute when her strike rattled the crossbar, and Ella Carnahan hit the woodwork again in the first overtime. Embry-Riddle generated pressure late, including saves by TMU keeper Autumn Jensen on Wright and Jamie Brandon in extra time.

On the other end, Aubrianne Dupre anchored the Eagles' defense with five saves, including a critical stop in the second overtime to keep the match level. The Eagles' back line, led by Lauren Otto and Molly Newlin, absorbed TMU's attack.

ERAU will wait to see if they get an at-large bid to the NAIA National Tournament.
