Eagles Fall to The Master’s in Straight Sets

Embry-Riddle showed grit and determination Friday night in the Eagle Gym, but the Eagles fell to GSAC leader The Master's University in straight sets (15-25, 17-25, 19-25).

ERAU fought through every point, especially in the second and third sets where they forced 11 ties and eight lead changes. The Eagles' defensive effort kept rallies alive and their offense found rhythm late, but TMU's experience proved the difference.

Eagle Highlights

  • Emma Barber led the attack with 10 kills and added 9 digs, pacing the Eagles on both ends.
  • Anela Chew and Hannah Clear chipped in 4 kills each, helping ERAU stay competitive at the net.
  • Alice Tuci directed the offense with 18 assists and contributed 5 digs and a block assist.
  • Haeden Baker added a block solo and block assist while tallying 2.5 points.
  • Defensively, Alexis Creager and Hie Loui combined for 14 digs, while Barber anchored the back row with her team-high 9 digs.
Embry-Riddle will play their final game of the season on Saturday with the game scheduled to begin at 5pm.
