After beating the University of Providence on criteria at the NWCA National Duals earlier this season and then losing in the 5th place match, Embry-Riddle took down the Argos 31-13 in Great Falls on Friday evening.
Landon Smith continued his good season with a win at 125lbs for ERAU.
Allan Hendricks wrestled for the Eagles at 133lbs and he won his match by a 10-4 decision. Embry-Riddle lost at 141lbs, but then
Jonah Chew earned a tech fall at 149lbs to give Embry-Riddle five team points.
Keller Rock also earned five team points for the Eagles by tech falling his opponent at 165lbs. Providence forfeited the matches at 174lbs and 197lbs and ERAU forfeited at 184lbs so the dual quickly went to the heavy weight match between
Corbin Hayes and Ethan DeRoche. Hayes earned the 2-1 sudden victory win.
Embry-Riddle will wrestle again tomorrow night at 7pm against the Lights of Montana State Northern.
