PRESCOTT, Ariz. Trailing by as many as 15 points early in the second half, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (Ariz.) made a comeback that saw the Eagles take the lead, but they could not hang on as Life Pacific College rallied to take a 71-60 victory in non-conference men's basketball action. Junior Logan Skurdal (Meridian, Idaho) led ERAU with 15 points.

Embry-Riddle's strategy during the first half saw the Eagles make strong pushes to the basket for lay ups, but the Eagles converted on just eight of their 31 scoring attempts in the opening 20 minutes. Life Pacific would pull ahead early on and finish the first half with a 33-20 lead. The Eagles found their momentum again in the second half and worked to close the points gap. With 8:18 left in the game Skurdal sank a shot to tie the game. It remained close until the last second when the Warriors would pull away with multiple free throws and power plays to the net. Embry-Riddle could not catch up and Life Pacific would go on to take the win.
