PRESCOTT, ARIZ. – It was another big-minutes night for the Embry-Riddle Eagles basketball team, as the starters played 33-plus minutes against Northern New Mexico College. Despite a big effort in all of those minutes, the Eagles lost 65-55 on Tuesday night.

Ella Schott played all 40 minutes for the second game in a row, and had 13 points on 50% shooting. She was also able to grab eight rebounds and block two shots.

Two other starters finished in double-digit points as well, with Grace Meshanko posting 13 and Hannah Urbano adding 12. Susie Reynoso was relentless defensively, grabbing five steals to go along with her eight points and four rebounds.

It was a tough night for the Eagles in two different areas on the floor – behind the arc and at the free throw line. ERAU finished 0-12 from three, and shot just 65.7% from the charity stripe.

The Eagles will have a chance to put it all past them quickly, as they get back on the court Wednesday against University of the Southwest. Tip-off from the ERAU Activity Center is scheduled for 5:30 p.m.
