PRESCOTT, ARIZ. – For the third time in four games, the Embry-Riddle women's basketball team needed overtime to decide a winner. Three of the four quarters in regulation ended with the ERAU and BenU tied by the end, but the RedHawks took home a 91-81 win on Monday night.

Neither team led by more than seven points on the night, and the score was within one possession most of the second half. BenU-Mesa pulled away with a 10-0 run to start the second overtime period, and ERAU was unable to get the score tied back up.

Susie Reynoso and Ella Schott each led the Eagles in scoring, scoring 14 points apiece. The pair also had identical rebounding numbers – two offensive and five defensive for seven each on the night.

In her final game, Savannah Madden scored nine points and got seven boards on Senior Night. The other senior, Mackenna Gentry, scored an important three give ERAU the momentum in the first overtime.

The Eagles moved the ball well, finishing the night with 25 assists. Over half of those assists came off the bench, as the second unit had 13 assists on the night.
