PRESCOTT, ARIZ. – The Embry-Riddle women's basketball team won the first three quarters of its pivotal Cal Pac matchup with Westcliff, but a tough fourth quarter saw the Eagles fall on 71-65 on Sunday afternoon. In the final 10 minutes, ERAU was outscored 25-10, and Westcliff found its shooting touch down the stretch.

Embry-Riddle led by seven with 6:39 remaining in regulation, but Westcliff went on a 13-2 run to take a four-point lead. While the Eagles would get back within two points with 38 seconds to play, but Westcliff would eventually take away the six-point final.

Zakiirah King turned in a career day offensively, scoring 26 points on 52.9% shooting. King had 16 at halftime, and knocked down a pair of threes to go along with five rebounds.

Hannah Urbano continued to distribute, dishing out 12 assists and getting her teammates in a good offensive rhythm. Urbano now has posted three consecutive 10+ assist games, and also added nine points.

Susie Reynoso added 15 points, three assists and had great effort on defense. Reynoso nabbed five steals on Sunday afternoon, having more steals personally than Westcliff had as a team.

Embry-Riddle will now hit the road for the first time since the opening week of December, going to Southern California for a pair. The Eagles will start the trip against La Sierra on Friday, with tipoff from Riverside, Calif. scheduled for 1 p.m. AZT/Noon PST.
