Box Score SAN MARCOS, CALIF. – The Embry-Riddle men's basketball team wrapped up its season at Saint Katherine on Friday, and got off to a slow start in the first half. While the Eagles battled and racked up 41 points in the second half, they eventually fell to the Firebirds on the road.
Conner Verdugo led the Eagles with 17 points, plus had a pair of steals on the defensive end. Jake Klingler had another good shooting night, making 50% of his shot attempts and went 4-of-7 from three.
Dennis Pomazanov had a good finish to the season, shooting 60% and pulling in seven rebounds. Christmas Togiai, Jr. tied for the game-high in assists with four to go along with a steal and a pair of rebounds.
