Embry-Riddle finished 11th overall and came in 2nd among NAIA teams at the UC Riverside Highlander Invitational on Saturday morning. The Eagles team time was 2:04.17 and had an average mile of 5:00 on the 8K UCR Agg course.
Dillon Eisner came in 16th with a time of 24:07.9. Next for the Eagles was
Ben Smith in 53rd place. Smith crossed the finish line in 24:37.1.
Nathan Kutscher finished with a time of 24:53.8 which put him in 68th place.
Jacob Ortiz ran the 8K course in 25:15.3 for the Eagles and just seven second behind him was
Nathan Nations in 25:22.1.
Nicolas Urquidez and
Cam Shepherd crossed at 25:24.0 and 25:24.3 to finish out the scoring for ERAU.
Also running was
Joseph Fox who finished in 25:45,
Benjamin Kovach with a time of 25:56,
Maxwell Kilstrom who finished in 26:04,
Zander Wood in 26:27,
Carlos Soto and
Joshua Durban who finished together with times of 26:40.2 and 26:40.9,

Luca Calero in 27:04, and
Dave Richards in 28:10.8.
Embry-Riddle will prepare for the GSAC Conference Championships next which will take place on Friday, November 7th in Glendale, Ariz.
