PRESCOTT, Ariz. – With their California Pacific Conference win streak on the line, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (Ariz.) volleyball took care of business at home against UC Merced in a three set sweep (25-14, 25-19, 25-22).

Sharik Joseph (JR/San Diego, Calif.) was the x-factor for the Eagles (12-5, 4-0 Cal Pac) tonight, she had a season high six blocks and coupled that with a .700 hitting percentage on ten attacks. ERAU outgunned the Bobcats (5-9, 2-2 Cal Pac) tonight, hitting at a .327 clip compared to the solid .187.

Caylee Robalin (JR/El Paso, Texas) led all attackers with 11 kills, followed closely by the southpaw Elisa Pauzer (JR/Campinas, Brazil) who had 10. Erin Clark (JR/Phoenix, Ariz.) was all over the place digging 12 and killed nine of her own.

Audrey Baldwin (SR/Santa Barbara, Calif.) led all passers with 34 assists and was able to block two at the net. Terra Gordon (SO/San Antonio, Texas) and Kat Yung (SO/Phoenix, Ariz.) were good options for the Eagles serving up two aces a piece.

The Eagles will take on Pacific Union tomorrow night at 7:30 pm MST in Eagle Gym.
