Box Score SAN MARCOS, CALIF. – Despite picking up an important win on Thursday the Embry-Riddle volleyball team was unable to carry that momentum into Friday's match with Saint Katherine. The Eagles lost in straight sets to the Firebirds, and is now 6-6 in Cal Pac play.
Embry-Riddle had a tough time grabbing momentum all throughout the night on Friday. The Eagles hit just .138 through the three sets while having just 25 kills.
Dalia Haase had another efficient night, finishing with seven kills on .462 hitting percentage. Four different Eagles had four or more kills, led by Emma Barber's eight.
Defensively, Haase had three block assists, helping ERAU as the middle blocker. Three different Eagles had five or more digs, and all but two players who entered the match for Embry-Riddle had at least one dig.
The Eagles will have a chance to end the road trip on a high note as they face Providence Christian on Friday. First serve from Pasadena is scheduled for 1 p.m.
