Honolulu, Hawai'i- Embry-Riddle volleyball wrapped up their Hawai'i road trip playing the #3 ranked team in the NAIA Coaches' Preseason Top 25 Poll, the Eastern Oregon Mountaineers. 

In the first set, the teams traded points back and forth and were tied at 11 before EOU used a 7-1 run and take an 18-12 lead.  The Mountaineers went on to win the set 25-15. 

The second set started much like the first with the teams exchanging points, but the Eagles were unable to keep up with the momentum of EOU as they won the second set as well with a score of 25-13. 

In the final set of the night, Embry-Riddle could not seem to get much going offensively as the Mountaineers won 25-14 to end the set and win the match 3-0. 

For the Eagles, Dalia Haase (Tucson, Ariz.) finished the match with 7 kills and hit .429.  Haase also led the team in blocks with three block assists.  Hie Loui (Honolulu, Hawai'i) led Embry-Riddle with ten digs in the match and Katie Rolle (Missoula, Mont.) finished with 23 assists.

Embry-Riddle plays again on Friday at Arizona Christian at 5pm as they take part in the Firestorm Labor Day Tournament.
