Embry-Riddle won the first game over The Master's University 25-5 and the Eagles took the second 6-5 on a walk-off single by Blake Moore to win the series 3-1 over the Mustangs.  ERAU improves to 5-1 in GSAC play.  

Game 1

Game Highlights:

• Early Lead: The Eagles set the tone early, scoring a run in the first inning. Konner Nelson singled to center field and later scored on a single by Moore, tying the game after The Master's University took an initial 2-0 lead.

• Second Inning Surge: Embry-Riddle exploded in the second inning, scoring five runs. Caden Truman's double to left field brought in two runs, followed by a single from Miles Murphy and a two-run homer by Owen Cain, pushing the Eagles ahead 6-2.

• Consistent Scoring: The Eagles continued to pile on the runs, with two more in the third inning and three in the fourth. James Warren's two-run homer in the fourth inning was a highlight, extending the lead to 11-2.

• Fifth Inning Onslaught: The fifth inning was a masterclass in offensive execution, as the Eagles scored an astounding 12 runs. Key hits included a three-run homer by Warren and a three-RBI double by Cain. The inning saw contributions from nearly every player, with the Eagles capitalizing on errors and walks by The Master's University.

• Closing the Game: Despite a late three-run effort by The Master's University in the ninth inning, the Eagles' lead was insurmountable. The Eagles added single runs in the sixth and eighth innings to seal the victory.

Key Players:

• K. Nelson: Nelson was a standout, going 3-for-5 with three runs scored and two RBIs. His consistent hitting set the stage for the Eagles' offensive dominance.

• O. Cain: Cain's power was on full display with a home run and a double, driving in five runs and scoring once.

• Power Hitting: Warren's solo home run in the sixth inning was a standout moment, adding to his impressive performance with a double earlier in the game.
• Clutch Performances: Moore and Garza-Nunez each contributed two RBIs, with Moore's crucial double in the third inning driving in a run and extending the lead.

Pitching Performance:

• Kyle Riley started on the mound for the Eagles, pitching 2.2 innings with 5 strikeouts and allowing 2 earned runs.
• Jonah Montes and Spencer Rego provided relief, with Montes pitching 1.1 innings and Rego contributing 2.0 innings, striking out 3 batters.
• Zack Bauer closed the game, securing the win with a scoreless final inning.
