SOFTBALL PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Taylor Szathmaryhelped Embry-Riddle go 2-2 last week, splitting doubleheaders with Arizona Christian and La Sierra. In the twinbill with the Firestorm, the freshman infielder went 3-for-5 at the plate, driving in two runs on a pair of doubles. In the Cal Pac games with the Golden Eagles, Szathmary went 2-for-5 with another double. She has nine doubles and three home runs so far this spring.

SOFTBALL PITCHER OF THE WEEK
Livi Ramosof Embry-Riddle turned in two strong outing last week to pick up her first Player of the Week honor. The junior from Phoenix, Ariz., picked up two victories in the circle, tossing a pair of complete games in wins over Arizona Christian and La Sierra. Against the Firestorm, Ramos allowed six hits and two earned runs while fanning four, and in the conference win over the Golden Eagles, she surrendered just five hits, one earned run, and struck out seven.
