Game 1Arizona Christian (4-4) started the scoring with a pair of runs in the first. The Firestorm picked up a lead off double and then received a triple from Kylee Brown to make it 1-0. Brown then scored on a groundout to make it a quick, 2-0, lead.
Embry-Riddle (4-4) knotted things up with a pair in the third when Moorefollowed a pair of two-out singles with a double to right. It was a battle of pitching after that, as sophomore

The Eagles opened the inning with a pair of hit batters and a single to load the bases. Critchlow delivered a two-run double to put ERAU on the board. Moore also had a two-run double in the inning, with freshman

Embry-Riddle added two more in the third and another in the fourth on another RBI double off the bat of Critchlow. In the circle junior
Lani Kaleikini (San Francisco, Calif.) held the Firestorm hitless over the first three innings before giving up a two-run double in the fifth and a solo home run in the fifth that made it a 10-4 game after five.
In the sixth sophomore
Mackenzie Rod (Tucson, Ariz.) drew a lead off walk to open the inning. After a pop up for the first out, Critchlow smacked the first home run of the season for the Eagles, a shot to right, making it 12-4. Senior
