ERAU Nets Five All Conference

REDDING, Calif. – Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (Ariz.) softball will be bringing home some hardware regardless of the outcome in the California Pacific Conference Championships as five players were voted to the All-Cal Pac team on Wednesday night.

Mikaeli Davidson (FR/Tempe, Ariz.) will be bringing back the prestigious Freshman of the Year award. She was excellent both in the circle and at shortstop for the majority of the season. She led the team in conference batting average and home runs. She is also tied for the single season marks in wins and strikeouts in program history. She was also named to the Cal Pac first team as a utility player.

Joining Davidson on the All-Cal Pac team are two-time All-Cal Pac selections Haley Basye (SO/Tucson, Ariz.) and Bailey Critchlow (SR/Stockton, Utah). Basye was an extra base machine leading the team with nine extra base hits in conference play including three homeruns. Critchlow was extremely hard to get out as she led the team and was fourth in the conference with a .521 on base percentage.

A newcomer to the All-Conference team is Elyssa Bramer (JR/Lancaster, Calif.) who had an excellent junior season. She had the third highest batting average in the conference at .475 and led the team in triples (2). Danielle Jamieson (FR/Tucson, Ariz.) made the All-Cal Pac team as an honorable mention in her first season with the Eagles. Jamieson had a solid season hitting at a .368 clip in conference play and started every single game in conference play this season.
